Epsxe Full Screen

I'm using ePSXe 1.7 and Pete's OpenGL2 Driver 2.9 to run my Final Fantasy IX.
Been dying to re-play this game since years ago because my old television was crap and it's display was all greenish, thus spoiling my entire experience with the game. Right now I'm trying to get the best of the graphics I can with Final Fantasy IX, but I'd love to be able to play it in full screen.
The problem is that I can enter full screen, no problem. But when I alt tab out and go back in, my screen sort of becomes cut and it only shows 1/4 of the game. I have to then alt + enter again to bring it to windows mode, and alt + enter again to bring it back up to full screen mode.
Here's what I mean
The below is my settings.

Since 0.9.8-649, when you toggle from window mode to full screen and return to window mode again, this lock the screen and sometimes doesn't let close the emulator. Last working build: 0.9.8-646 ClubIce changed the title Toggle full screenk is buggy Toggle full screen is buggy Jun 11, 2014.

Epsxe Full Screen Not Centered

You can choose stretched to full screen, 4:3 real PSX ratio, or widescreen mode. I had same issue on windows 7. I had to go in Control Panel Display and change the setting to 'smaller - 100%' instead of 'Larger - 125%'. Then ES opened up fine. First time this happened to me. I used hyperspin in the past and loaded full screen with nothing cut off set at 125%, Hope this helps. Go back to the screen preference section, this time select ' Screen Ratio '. Set to WideScreen from default setting 4:3. With this setting, your ePSXe will be fullscreen when you play PS1 games. It will fit with your Android smartphone screen size.
